The office is located in the Heshmal 18 building, with accessible entry and wide doors for wheelchair access. The office is on the fifth floor, and there is an elevator to the door, making it staircase-free and allowing for seamless wheelchair access.

Paid parking is available on the street, including disabled parking, located near the office.

We permit the entry of assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities into our office.
